[one012] - plosive - neutral
Agile music that wanders all over the map (techno, dub, minimal, idm, even a certain 80's flair..) while still retaining a focused clarity. Most of
these tracks feature rich textures and complex beats that avoid becoming too intellectual or abstract. Tracks like pavolvian fear, acorn, and loomer grow as
they proceed - getting more lush and complex. Heavy on melody and rhythm with the occassional synthpop influence sneaking its way out.
Other than the APM side project, this is the first full netlabel
release from Plosive, the founder of One. Being just under 37 minutes, its crammed with music but still manages to give you the room to listen and
think. Tracklist derived from a live performance for Adrian Leverkuhn and Lisa Stipe's Standard
Deviation exhibition.
